Happee Easter Everyone
Just wanted to let everyone know that:
Thanks for the calls. I had a wonderful rest yesterday and I am working now but taking it easy. I quess it is long past the time that I should have changed by eating habits and my exercise habits. Now, I will do it. I can't saw I will like it, but I will do it.
I had a nice walk on the dreadmill last evening and will continue to do so. My eating will be a challenge, especially at this time of the year. I think we need to find a place that makes food that is actually good for you.
Life is so precious. Families are so precious. I am so blessed to have both.
